Maintenance Person - Handy Man

Are you tired of chasing money or doing quotes? Our company can provide the right candidates with ongoing work that is already priced and payments to you are processed every week. Our company has a growing list of projects that involve building maintenance jobs. To service these works we invite suitably qualified tradespeople to join our panel of sub-contractors. The right candidates must have a wide range of experience of at least 10 years and;

• Have great presentation, including clean uniform, vehicle and tools.
• Have a "Can Do" attitude towards repairs such as; regrouting and tiling, timber repairs, window and door replacements, plastering and render etc.
• Be Professional; by understanding our processes and scheduling jobs so that they get done quickly.
• Be able to communicate well and be able to liase with customers
• Are prepared to obtain CI Card, EWP, First Aid, Working with Children Check
